4WD capability, well the Isuzu with shift on the fly dual range selection, rear diff lock, impressive approach and departure angles and direct responsiveness to steering and throttle inputs makes an excellent true 4WD

Towing ability. The D-Max is amongst the best of the normal size Utes for towing. It will tow up to 3500kg with ease and excellent economy. The 3.0L diesel engine isn’t the highest in output in the class but the delivery at low torque figures ensures that drivers maximise its abilities.
